Review from a December visit. We made a reservation for 11am on a Saturday and were able to be seated immediately upon arrival. The space inside is bright with lots of natural lighting and made for a very pleasant ambiance. For three people, we ordered the baked eggs, sticky bun (which was apple cinnamon at the time), and the tuna tartare. Service was attentive and friendly, and the food came out decently fast. All three dishes were tasty, but the sticky bun was definitely my favorite--pillowy soft and delicious with the ice cream and sugary apple topping. Portion size on the smaller side imo for price point, but still a great option for brunch! Also clever that the sticky bun selection changes, giving a good reason to come back. Street parking.

Incredible. Our server Sean had wonderful recommendations and made us feel welcomed. The food was amazing. Each plate had a fantastic flavor profile. Already planning on coming back as well as trying out the other restaurants in this group.

Tapas style plates so really made to try several dishes. All the food was excellent. Flavor was great on all the dishes. Perfectly seasoned and needed to order more bread to get all the sauce that was in the char sui plate. Sat at the bar and the service was wonderful. Staff was attentive without being intrusive. Made sure we were enjoying our plates and our visit. Small restaurant and it was packed inside on a Friday night especially since it's cold outside. Gets pretty loud in there but you expect that with this type of atmosphere. Can't wait to go back to try brunch!

Trust is the perfect name for this restaurant because you can absolutely trust that you'll leave with your taste buds happy. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance sets the tone for a fantastic dining experience. The modern decor combined with a warm, inviting vibe makes it great spot for brunch with friends. I had the albacore tartar--it was a standout dish. It was light and flavorful. I'll definitely get it again the future.

Great food and even better service. Hats off to Alex, great waiter and very attentive. We will definitely be back to try their dinner service. My group came here for a late brunch and ordered the chicken sandwich, smoked pork shoulder hash, and the rolled tacos. The food tasted great and we enjoyed sitting on the patio with a heater nearby. Very cute place and would highly recommend to give it a try.

This unexpected meal ended up being a highlight of my trip. The food is absolutely delicious. Shout out to Andrew who took care of me, a party of one. He helped me decide what to eat and parsed out the courses for me. The food is just special, the depth of flavor in the dishes is incredible. The restaurant was quiet, relaxing, and enjoyable space to be in. The service is top notch, I didn't have to ask for a thing. I count this as an experience, and I'm excited to come back to visit when I'm in town again.

The food here was so good! Came here for brunch. We were told by our server that dinner is what they are known for but brunch is during the weekend. Regardless it did not disappoint. It took a bit for us to get served, but realized there were limited servers to tables. Once we got served we were taken care of. Our server was so friendly and explained where all the meat came from etc. We appreciated the interaction. We got the albacore tartare to share, and I got the vanilla whipped cold brew and the fried rice. There was so much flavor. My friend also got the pork fried cutlet. Overall the inside is spacious and there is outdoor seating too.

Best hamburger patty I have ever had. The burger was delicious overall but there was so much stuff going on, I re-separated it and ate it as TwO open faced burgers. I moved the fried egg over to the side with pork belly and arugula, which was an amazing combo by themselves. Then I could really appreciate the divinity of that beef patty with the onion jam which was hidden under the egg. The level of tenderness and moistness was second to none. Cooked perfectly medium rare- excellent pinkness and warm at the center. I don't usually eat a lot of ground beef but when I get a craving, this will be where I return. It's my new number one burger! Sorry Cohn group, lol! Trust Group has taken the trophy. Service was stellar for our party of 5, with frequent water refills and excellent attention and pacing.
